In the Wyldewood

Ah, here's an old friend! I haven't drawn him in a long time; some of my newer watchers probably don't even know who this guy is.

This grumpy asshole is Future Cat, or Future. He's a very wise fella, and is sought out by many other creatures for advice. Oftentimes he's a teller of the harsh truth, and he has very little patience for other creatures.

He enjoys (if he enjoys anything) spending time laying in darker, more shady places, and thinking. Or not thinking; he's very good at clearing his mind, too.

Can't decide if I'm fond of the background or not...I like the foreground, but I got kind of lazy with the background ^^'

And I accidentally merged his sketch and colour layers early on...so I couldn't undo that :/ So shading was quick and messy, because I didn't want to mess up the sketch.
